As a mortgage broker and finance specialist with 20 years’ experience, Fiona is passionate about providing exceptional service and working in the best interests of her clients. Being able to help people realise their dreams and change their lives through tailored home, car, personal and business loans is a highlight of her work. Fiona prides herself on not only supporting clients with her expertise and knowledge, but understanding their individual needs in order to find suitable financial solutions. Furthermore, she continually invests in expanding her knowledge and keeping abreast of market changes, policies and serviceability rules in order to offer high-quality service. Fiona has built a strong reputation by giving clients expertise, patience, honesty, transparency and timely communication. She is approachable and always available to her clients. Fiona serves clients throughout Australia, particularly in the Forrestfield area, where her finance hub is located.

After working in the accounting sector for more than a decade, Belinda joined Citrus Finance in 2022 as a customer service manager, assisting director Fiona Conley. She was inspired by Fiona’s expertise, attention to detail and exceptional level of service, and not only wanted to help people realise their dreams but to enjoy the experience. This is what Belinda loves most about her work. And she prides herself on her commitment to exceptional customer service; no job is too big or small.
